A video in the course won't load. What should I do?
Is a video not working for you? Make sure you have cookies enabled and that your ad blocker is off. If for some reason a video doesn't load, please just refresh the webpage.

I need to watch an embedded video in the course with closed caption subtitles. However, the video is not automatically generating the closed captions. What should I do?
Close Captions: To ensure that you are able to watch auto-generated English subtitles for the video, after you press play, click the settings gear on the video next to the CC icon. Next, select "subtitles" and then "English (auto-generated). Then you should press play again to see English closed captions.

How can I earn a certificate of course completion?
This course will include video lessons and activity lessons. Completing all videos and activity lessons is a requirement for earning any certificate of course completion for this course. This means that you are required to watch 100% of the duration of each course video and complete each course activity in order to earn the certificate.

How can I access my certificate of course completion after I finish the whole course?
Upon completing a course, the online learning system will take a few moments to auto-generate your certificate of course completion. To access your certificates of course completion, sign in, and then click on "My Account" in the online dashboard interface. Then click on "Certificates." You can also simply copy and paste the following webpage address, which should work for you as long as you are logged into your online account: https://vaccineambassadortraining.thinkific.com/account/certificates
